1place can currently be used in NZ and Australia.
I like the look of your service delivery system (SDS)- how do I get it?
SDS does require some configuration on our part to ensure that its right for your business. Call us for more details

Are my results and GST return on an “accruals” or cash basis?
1place operates on a cash and an accruals basis. If you run on a cash basis your results are driven by your coding in the cash book and your GST return is on a cash or "payments" basis. We found that this is fine for most small businesses.
If you operate on an invoice basis 1place can manage this as well by choosing the Invoice Basis for your GST return
Do I still need to use an accountant if I use 1place?
We recommend that you still use an accountant for your Financial statements and Tax return. With 1place it can save you accounting fees as your accountant can easily log into your 1place account (if you choose to give them a login) and review your GST return and year end results.
Is 1place compatible with the systems my accountant uses?
1place has a free advisors portal which enables your accountant to review your 1place account. In addition, your accountant can export transactions from 1place to their accounting system, that being APS and MYOB Accountants Office.

Will my computer work with 1place?
1place is a website, so most computers will work as they are. To take advantage of all the features of 1place, We recommend you use Firefox 3 and above , Internet Explorer 7 or 8. Chrome, Safari will work but is currently not supported. For Apple Mac users download the latest version of firefox at http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/internet_utilities/mozillafirefox.html
